Honorariums?

What are you giving your pastor/officiant, etc? 

Our situation got screwy and for reasons beyond my control, our pastor is not from our church. 

We are now paying $350 for the organist and "whatever we feel is fair for an hour of counseling [which we had already done and didn't ask for], two hours of travel time, an hour for the rehearsal and the ceremony time"

    We are giving $200 for our priest, but we are not paying for travel. Can you look at other officiant's websites and see how much they cost?

    Our Reverand is not at the church we are getting married at (he used to be a pastor at a church and now just performs weddings and marriage counseling) and he is $600.  We are giving him a bottle of wine (not a tip) because it's his own business.
