Looking for a quick seamstress - Lawrenceville area

I want to get the back of my dress changed from a zip-up to a lace-up and have a bustle done.  Does anyone know of a good, affordable, QUICK seamstress in the NE/E outside the perimeter of Atlanta area?

    I like the girl at Doe's Alterations (I think her name is Kim) - it's at Old Peachtree Road, in the Publix shopping center, which is at the Lawrenceville/Suwanee border kind of.  She has always done a great job on my bridesmaids dresses.

    Dora Baker is FANTASTIC! She is so easy to work with and she is very skilled and an expert!  Plus, her rates are extremely reasonable!

    Dora Baker is the best! She will do a fantastic job and is quick and affordable. I had to drive from midtown to go to her but it was worth every fitting! :)
