Tipping Vendors Day of Wedding

Hi Everyone,

My wedding is this weekend and I want to get cash together for tips.  Does anyone have suggestions for appropriate amounts as well as who to tip? 

Wedding Coordinator?
Maitr'd?
Band?
Servers?

Any suggestions would be a huge help!
