looking to buy a crinoline/petticoat slip

I'm in need of a crinoline/petticoat slip to go under a fit and flare or mermaid dress. My dress is a size 4/6 (real size) but bigger is fine too.

I was looking for the same thing a few weeks ago. I didn't want to pay much since I would only wear it that once and under the dress! I searched online for bridal consignment stores in town and ended up buying a like-new one for $25! The shop was a small one on Tennyson and 38th but I can't remember the name.
