dyeable shoes

I bought some dyeable shoes and can't find a place to get them dyed!  Payless and David's Bridal won't do it unless I bought them there.  Any suggestions?

    I'm having my shoes dyed at Amanda's Bridal in Arvada. I bought my shoes online and they're matching it to my dress. And I think it's going to cost about $25, which I think it pretty reasonable.
