Food tasting dissapointment

Had my group food tasting last weekend at Hyatt Penns Landing and food was awful, even the hourderves. Any suggestions of how to handle this?

    I would definitely tell the catering manager there that you were unhappy with the selection to see what they can do about it.   FWIW, I've been to several galas at that hotel, and the food has always been pretty good during large events.  Not sure whether they've gotten a new chef or not, but maybe it was just an off night?

    Omg...that's terrible! I have been two weddings there and the food wasn't awful (it wasn't the best I've had but it was far from bad) - i'd definitely talk to the catering manager and see what's going on. Maybe you can talk to them and then have a second tasting or choose other menu options. good luck!

    if you wanted to hire an outside caterer try FloAnn's they are philly based and the food is excellent!
