hey girls,does anyone know if a person who was ordained via internet can officate your wedding in the obx? one of my really good friends was interested in marrying us but i wasn't sure if it was allowed...thanks for any info!

my friend became ordained online and officiated over our wedding this past may in corolla. totally legal!
