Cape Hatteras Wedding

Hello!

I am getting married in May of 2011 at a beach house on Hatteras Island. My wedding is very small with only about 10 guests, since it's so small the beach house we rented isn't an "event home". My question is, my ceremony will be on the beach directly in front of the home, do I still need to obtain a permit for this? Has anyone else had a wedding similar to this? I appreciate any feedback you can give!

According to this website, if you're in the National Park Service's National Seashore, you will need a permit:
