Has anyone heard anything or has been to Barney Hair Design? I found the number and address online but I cant find anything else. I called and booked an appointment for my wedding day and she said she would do my make-up. She is only going to charge $25 which is awesome but she sounded like she wasnt pro. If not, does anyone have any reccomendations for hair and make-up places around Nags Head, Kitty Hawk, or Kill Devil Hills area that arent too expensive? PLEASE HELP! lol, Thanks girls!
