I am having a hard time staying motivated after only a week. I have been going to group excersise classes and the women who go are always so twiggy! It makes me so...um, i guess the word is ARGH! discouraged..yeah, that's it.

Anyways, that's what's getting me down today...the discouragement always outweights the motivation after a while.
