Kiawah Island officiant

I'm planning a vow renewal on Kiawah Island next July. I'm looking for only an officiant. We're on a tight budget, so we're looking to have a small renewal ceremony on the beach without any bells or whistles.

Can anyone recommend a reasonably priced officiant in the Kiawah Island area?

Ditto, we used him also. And he did a wonderful ceremony. Not sure what you want to spend.
