Charleston Honeymoon

I am exploring options for an extended stay as our mini honeymoon after our May wedding in Charleston. There are many options out there from houses to villas and even a few resorts. Has anyone had their honeymoon stay in Charleston and can recommend a place to stay for 4 nights or so? Looking at some places we could end up spending $2800 or so and for that I would rather go Caribbean! I also would be up for travelling somewhere close along the coast except Hilton Head. Thanks for any suggestions you ladies have!

I'm not sure what kind of rates Ginn Belvidere has, but I've heard great things, and it's beautiful. Their cottages are gorgeous and very quaint.  Check it out!
