Watch for Bella Vista. My dearest friend and myself were both disappointed with Bella Vista. I purchased my dress and veil, as well as she, from Bella Vista. They are very nice until you actually PURCHASE the dress. One you have purchased, they are cold, change their stories, do not offer shipping if you live out of state/town, inexperienced, etc. etc.  After my dress came in to the shop they didn't even offer a fitting. I had to ask for it. I was so confused, I didn't even know what to say. They said, "You are here to pick up your dress!" and I said "Um, I'm here to SEE IT since it's come in, and TRY IT ON!!!" They also don't offer alterations. They will send you to an alteration shop that outsources out of Bella Vista. Don't dare call and ask them about that person either. "SHE DOESN'T HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH BELLA VISTA" even though she works for them.  Interesting. Anyway, I had a horrible experience, good luck to all who use. Their dresses are lovely and they have a "Couture" section and an "affordable" section, as I like to call it, but don't expect to be pampered or treated as if you're a special upcoming bride!!!
