Calligrapher

I am looking for a calligrapher to address my envelopes for my invitations. The lowest I have found is $1 per envelope (just outer envelope). I'd like to stay at $2 per envelope and below. Thanks!

    There is a lady in Atlanta who is excellent - she charges 1.50 for the set of inner/outer.  She does a lot of work for out of town clients - here is her info.
    I just dropped our envelopes off with her today for my daughter's May wedding!
    ( we live in Atlanta and the wedding is in Charleston)
