ISO: Salon and Flowers

I live in Austin, TX, but getting married at City Hall in SFO on 12/3/09. I will be flying in the night before the wedding and need recommendations of a florist where I can pre-order a bouquet and also a salon where I can get hair (maybe makeup) done at a reasonable cost..nothing fancy...probably a half-up do.Location near City Hall a plus!Please help- I don't know where to start!~CAR

This might be a little high, but Clifford is one of the best hair and mu artists in the area.
