Need cheap lighting or draping vendor recommendations

Hello, does anyone have any cheap quotes or know of any company that will do either uplighting or draping for a cheap price? Every company I have tried so far has been charging an arm and a leg. My reception is in a very simple hall so I need all the help I can get to dress it up a little. Thanks :)

    I only looked at a couple places, but uplighting seemed pretty consistent at $25 per light.

    Williams Party Rentals in SJ does pipe & drape. It's about $80-$100 per ten feet, and I don't know whether that's expensive or not. Of the two, I think uplighting is way cheaper.

    The problem I found with uplighting was ridiculous minimums. I'm researching a few places now. We are trying to figure out if we want to do any or all of it as well.
