I'm living in Richmond, but my wedding is in Charlottesville in September. Can anyone recommend a hair and make up artist in either area? I prefer somewhere in Richmond where I can go with my bridesmaids to get pretty. Otherwise, I would need someone who would come to my venue in Charlottesville. I'm overwhelmed with all of the options and I don't want to spend a fortune on this. Any suggestions?
