Hair Salons in the Bottom or Slip

I'm looking for a hair salon downtown within an easy walk from the Omni.  I've found a few poking around online, however they all have horrible reviews. Any suggestions?

    Scissors by Main St. station. Simone and Liz are great and do wedding parties for the ladies.

    Thanks for the tip!  I ended up going with Lou Stevens- my photographers gave her rave reviews and they will come to my hotel to doll me up!
