Reception decor setup in Norfolk VA

Hi Ladies
I have not been on the board in awhile and am a August 2010 bride in the Norfolk area. I wanted to know if anyone knows of any companies or a self employed person who does reception decor setup. I would need them to place down centerpieces, set up placecards, setup up favors and some other things.  I think I may need them for about a 1 hour or 2hour.

I really do not have any family or friends to help they will be participating in the ceremony.

Any suggestions are welcome.

    Definitely find a day-of coordinator that can do this for you. You can work in their contract to do set-up ONLY.

    Does the banquet hall have an event coordinator that can do it?

    If you're going through a caterer, can that company's wait staff/serving staff can do the set up?

    I'm sure they'll charge extra - but it might be worth it so that you can your family can enjoy your day!
