where is everyone getting their alterations done?

the knot tells me i have 40 something days left...so I am guessing it's time to try the dress on and start any alterations.

I am getting married this sat. Dummy me didn't think to try on my dress to make sure it fit until LAST saturday! And of course it was too small. I live in colonial heights (i'm not sure about you) so i took it to craft & sewing box off the boulevard. I bought the material to make my dress bigger (the dress I bought didnt have enough fabric to let it out) at Jo Ann's and gave it to her to alter. She even went back to Jo Ann's to get a beaded strand to add to my dress for free. And added a train to my dress. It only cost me 50 bucks!!!! And she finished it in two days!!

Can not beat it! The dress came out beautiful!
