Looking for reception menu ideas for backyard wedding

My wedding will be July 4th in Pittsboro.  Any recommendations for what to serve and who might cater?  Thanks.

    If it were me I would serve picnic-type food since you've got 4th of July going on as well. Look at Jug's Catering. They do fried chicken and a couple sides for like $8.00 per person, but they also will do ribs, steaks, salmon, etc. if you're looking for something more.
