Looking for reviews of the Ritz Charles and the Fountains.  Anyone have any advice? 

Especially wondering about how the food is!

    I've been to a couple weddings at each of those locations and they were great! The food and service was fantastic at both, I would say the Fountains was better but only because the menu they selected was more my taste.

    Just one tip if you choose the Ritz Charles...be wary of the garden pavilion. It's very beautiful...but with no AC it's also very HOT in the summer!

    Oh good!  The Fountains is our first choice, I'm glad to hear the food is good! 

    The wedding will be July/August so no AC will NOT work!

    My reception was at the Ritz Charles and from what I heard, everybody loved the food.  They have a cheaper dhildren's menu option, and also prepared a few vegetarian meals without charging us for 2 entrees.

    My wedding was in September, and the wait staff said it was the first reception of the summer that wasn't miserably hot.  There is no AC, so you're essentially in a greenhouse.  For a summer wedding, I'd recommend using the ballrooms.
