We are having a simple country wedding on a lower budget and would like to spend $20-$30 a person for catering. Every caterer ive looked into is way out of our budget. we would like mexican food like a taco bar, fajita bar, or carnitas bar. we would also like to have rice, beans, and a side salad. Another nice perk would be to have this include dishes and siverwear (the real kind) but we would consider paper if the price is right. Any suggestions?
