Sorry I was not more clear about this, according to a few stores I have spoken too all dresses are made in China, because I was so focused on "Gown must be orderd by early Novemeber for May wedding" I was not focusing on which month, but China's industry shuts down for the month of either December or January for holidays ... as I said, my focus was need to buy dress quickly!
