I am looking for a bakery (I think it is in the Mississauga/Etobicoke/Brampton area?) that has a signature cake which is covered in white chocolate shavings or curls. This technique was the specialty of the bakery and their cakes looked amazing. I saw it a while back on an episode of Rich Bride Poor Bride and have misplaced where I wrote down the name of the bakery. It would like something like this but way more pretty and elegant. Anyone have any input?
