Hi Folks,
Was wondering if anyone has tried or knows of a community based caterer that supports local farmers, not necessarily organic but local. I'd like to support a small catering company that uses local produce, whose food is drool worthy!
Any ideas or leads? I should mention that my guests will hail from across the globe..so no particular preference for a certain cuisine. Nothing too formal either. I could do without a sit down meal, but I do have 350 guests :S.
