Hi All!I am a former Central PA Knottie who absolutely loved this board and website! DH and I have been married 5 1/2 years and when I did all my planning it was from here.
I am hoping you can help me out with a new planning adventure I am on. DH and I welcomed our first daughter a few weeks ago and we are looking for a cute inexpensive venue to hold her Christening ceremony. We are looking for either something outdoors (but with an indoor backup) or even a small church or chapel that would be willing to rent for an hour or so. So far we are thinking the gazebo at Chickies Rock Park, but are worried about what would happen if the weather is bad. We are potentially just looking for a ceremony site (we think we know where we'd like to do the luncheon/party afterwards), but are willing to look at sites who will host both.
We are using Rev. Joe McLaughlin for our ceremony (thanks to tips from some of you).
Any suggestions you could give would be great!
