We are planning on getting married at the Inn at Leola Village next year and are curious about how flexible they are with customizing their packages. (i.e. selecting some alcohol from the "deluxe" list and some from the "premium" list, opting not to have one or two of the pre-set courses in exchange for desserts in addition to the cake, having open bar during the dinner instead of just wine service).
