Avon Park / Sebring - WCF or CF board?

 I am helping a friend start planning, she is in Avon park fl, but I am not sure if in the Knot world that would be west coast knot or center florida knot.

any ideas

    The boards are so crazy looking now. I was on these boards back in 04 - 05, there was no little TV there was not half of the adverts on the sides.. it's gonna me a little to adjust
