So I just got off the phone with Publix and have ordered our cake. YAY! Im so clueless with cake. I know that we want a cassata cake. I let my fiance pick the cake and he has gone on and on about this kind. She said they can defintely do it. So I asked if we could go with a beach theme. So we have a one tier cassata cake, chocoalte pudding at the bottom, canoli filling next, and than whipped cream on the top. It will be designed with a sunset, shells, and beach chairs. Totally going on a whim here....I have no idea what it will look like! She just has to get pricing and get back to me, and the cake will be another check!
