Need Rehearsal Dinner Caterer for Clearwater Beach

Hi girls,

We are having a rehearsal dinner in the party room of the condo building on Clearwater Beach, so we need to bring in our own food and alcohol.  We are planning on doing Sam's Club for some appetizers (shrimp cocktail, cheese tray, etc) and booze.  But we are trying to find a caterer for the main entree.  Any suggestions???
We are preferably looking for something in the $10/person range and would like something that you don't need a knife and fork for (we have a lot of seating, but not a lot of table space).  We were hoping along the lines of sliders and fish tacos, but having trouble finding someone.  Please help!!

Estella's does a fabulous job on a taco bar.  You have to pick up, though.

Publix grocery stores make great sandwiches - you have to pick up also.

I would also suggest sams or Costco. They have premade everything you could just pickup stick in the oven and keep going.

Otherwise I would actually check Hooters... they would have wings and sliders.

    Publix for sandwich rings

  • Thanks for the suggestions!
We actually don't have access to an oven.  This would be much easier if we did.
We were trying to stay away from deli trays/sandwiches, but it may come to that eventually.
Anyone ever do any BBQ catering nearby or know of good places?  Considering that as an option.
  • Sonny's BBQ.  We went to a pig roast a couple of years ago that they catered and it was excellent!
  • Chouinard's cuisine in st Pete
