Latin/Spanish Food Caterer

Hello Knotti-ritas!

I am looking for an impressive, professional, caterer that will provide a nice food selection, beverages, plates, linens would be nice, and everything else that makes a great buffet for my November wedding.  

Do you have any recommendations or suggestions?  I also posted this in the Latino section for greater coverage.
