Wedding Dress Alterations-Syracuse

Sooo, Im looking for someone reasonable to altre my wedding dress...of course if I need to pay more for a better job I most definitely will. My dress is 8...EIGHT...layers! And I need a bustle put in. Yikes! Any suggestions??

    If the place you bought it from doesn't offer it there are a lot of small alterations shops in the city of syracuse that will do it. Even David's bridal will do it and they are not that unreasonable.
