My wedding's at Casa Larga in June, and I'm meeting with the catering director next month. I was kinda disappointed that she said they don't do tastings for buffets because it's meant to be made in large quantities (which is good I suppose), and don't have any doubts that it will be delicious, but has anyone had food there before? Do you recommend any dishes? Thanks!
