Outdoor Venue- kid friendly

I'm looking for a kid friendly DIY wedding venue. I had my heart set on Woodlawn Beach, but do not want to have it catered (they require the caterer to provide a NYS off site catering license). We want to do most of the wedding ourselves, but need a place where kids will have a good time (This is a second wedding). Any suggestions?????

    What about at a local park or club house. I am not from the Southtowns so I don't have any suggestions.

    What about Chestnut Ridge?  It's absolutely beautiful there, there are many playground areas throughout the park, and you can rent out the rustic stone casino building for under $100 (last time I checked).  It's a great spot!  :)

    Have you looked into Emery park?
    They have a nice lodge too just in case it rains
    Its out in Wales, not sure how south you want to get

    My first thought was Akron park, but that's not exactly southtowns =P
