Venues that allow outside caterers

I really, really want to have Chiavettas cater my wedding in oct 2013. But I'm having the hardest time finding a place that will allow an outside caterer and will let me purchase just a bar package (along with use of the building). Does anyone know of any places I can look into?

    Not sure how fancy you are looking for.
    Ellicott Square Building you have to hire a caterer (but also bring everything else).
    Maybe the NOCO pavillion in Tonawanda?  Chestnut Ridge Park casino?  Or some of the nicer firehalls?

    FYI: Erie County is no longer renting out Chestnut Ridge casino for private parties. They are honoring those that are already booked, but not booking for 2013 and beyond.

    We are using Woodlawn Beach. They let you use any caterer you want. Unfortunately, your caterer needs to file permits with the Town of Hamburg in order to serve alcohol. The reason I mention it is, we are using Joseph's Catering, and they have separate bar packages you could purchase. Since Joseph's works with Woodlawn Beach frequently, they have all of the necessary permits in place. Woodlawn Beach is a newer venue, and it is a really beautiful lodge.

    Clarence Center Fire Co.  has hall rentals.  They actually require you use their bartenders, which sounds perfect for you!
