Rehearsal Dinner Recs?

I'm not from the area, does anyone have any recommendations for places to have the RD?  The wedding is in Stroudsburg/Saylorsburg.  I'm not from the area but I hate the idea of blindly picking a restaurant.  Any good reviews of restaurants??
