Looking for an art gallery for our reception iin the LV area, but on a budget...

Thinking of having a cocktail reception to save money. Would love to have it at an art gallery type of space. Have seen the Banana Factory and Goggle Works, but ould like to know if there is anything else. Any ideas?

    My advice would be to check out around some of the local colleges (Cedar Crest, Lehigh, Moravian, DeSales, Muhlenberg, Lafayette) - my guess would be the colleges themselves have art galleries or there may be some galleries near by.  We have so many schools near by, there's bound to be some.   Also, have you looked at Allentown Art Museum?

    Have you looked into the new ArtsQuest center at Steel Stacks?  I believe that you can rent it out for private events.  It's not an art gallery but it is quite a unique space.
