I am trying to decide if I will get a better value by booking a venue that can provide all of the necessities (food,bar,space,china,etc) or if I should focus on venues where I hire a caterer separately. Would love to hear other peoples experiences. Based on my work schedule and travel, I am not sure I have the time necessary to really pull all of the details together at a location that isn't inclusive, but maybe I am wrong!
