    Hello, I'm late responding to this, but in case you're still looking for macarons for wedding favors or what not, I am a licensed and insured business owner/sole proprietor of Mageline's Confiserie that especializes in baking macarons.

    I just started the business last November but I have been making macarons since January of last year. I took a course in Paris last summer in how to make them and have been quite successful this past Holiday season with our internet/mail order sales.
