Hi Ladies, I wanted to warn you about this company as I am going through a hell of a time with it right now. They are based out of Drayton Valley, but will travel to edmonton to help with your wedding. I was amazed with the prices for chair covers (1.50 for the chair cover & sash) so I booked them right away. That was over 6 months ago and I am still yet to actually speak with the owner (and ONLY employee) or meet with her to discuss. Everytime we have set up a meeting, she doesn't call back to confirm a time & place or I can't get ahold of her. I spoke with a reputable source from the wedding industry last night and without me even bringing up my issues with the Company she went on to tell me horror stories that she has seen other brides experience with this Company. There is a HUGE lack of communication and professionalism. I just wanted to put the warning out there so it doesn't happen to someone else...I'm just glad that I'm ahead of the game and I can find someone else!
