Help with Dress Sizing!

Hello Ladies! I am a calgary bride, and I need your help. I bought my wedding dress at Ethos in Calgary in late July 2009. We are getting married in Sept this year, and i've lost about 15 pounds since I bought the dress. The dress is a trumpet style gown, that buttons up. I'm no longer in love with the dress because it isn't as slim fitting as it used to be. I need recommendations for a GREAT tailor who can make this dress wonderful again. Any tips? Thanks so much!

Ethos should be able to recommend a tailor/ seamstress for you. If not... Go to chinatown. Those lady's can do amazing things. And to top it off are very decently priced. 

Good luck on the hunt. Im sure the dress will look fabulous.

There is a seamstress in Signal Hill that I have used for various things like shortening a jacket, hemming jeans (she did an AMAZING job recreating the orignal hem), and even a pleated skirt. Last time I was there someone was getting measured because she was going to make her wedding dress.
