Ocean Pines Yacht Club

H! Has anybody had their wedding or been to a wedding at the Ocean Pines Yacht Club? How was the food, service, etc? Any other recs for venues in the area? ~ TIA

Last October, my fiance's best man was married there.  It was a BEAUTIFUL venue.  I was so impressed that I suggested it to both my MOH and another bridesmaid of mine and now both of them are getting married there, one in three weeks and one next July.  I can't think of anything bad with the service, although I do remember the seafood newburg not being that great.  They had a fantastic pasta salad though and my fiance said the meat they served was great.  My MOH had her tasting recently and was very happy with the food.As for other venues, my bridesmaids didn't have much luck in OC.  The few places they really liked were booked way in advance and a lot of the other places were really run down looking.  I know one girl who was married at the Golden Sands a few years ago though and I heard that was nice.Good luck!
