need a venue for outdoor ceremony and brunch reception

Good morning knotties!

I'm looking for a venue that can host an outdoor morning ceremony and a brunch reception, within an hour or so of Baltimore. We'd like to host this on a Saturday and will have 50-75 guests. We're open to a variety of venues, but my preference would be something on/near the water. If you could provide some suggestions, along with $pp, that would help us so much. Not many results come up on Google for brunch wedding reception sites.

Swan Harbor Farms in Harford County.  The ceremonies typically take place outside either right in front of the large house or down by the water.  They also have a permanent tent set up in the garden area for the reception.  It is a great location and I am pretty sure that you can bring in whatever vendors you would like.

Have you checked Herrington on the Bay? They have nice location for outdoor ceremonies. I believe that you can have food, drinks, and location rentals way below $10,000.
