What seems to be the typical range per person for catering? Buffet... Semiformal.... Is 45/pp high? Thanks!

    Sweet Sensations llc is pretty good. They are catering my wedding. we are paying abt 49/person but we also have a HUGE menu. We are big foodies and have friends that are vegetarian and vegan. But it comes with stationary displays, butler passed appetizers, a beef, chicken, fish and vegetarian entree with the starches, veggies drinks and wedding cake.
