Alterations Recommendations

I bought my dress at a sample sale and need some recommendations for alterations.  Also I was hoping to swap out the fabric in the corset back for a deep blue, would the alterations person take care of that too?

    The ladies on the L.A. regular Knot website have a great alterations person. I cant remember her name, but if you post this there I am sure someone will answer with her information. In addition, I looked her up on Yelp and she has GREAT Yelp reviews.

    When my undergarments get here I plan to take my dress to her.
