tipping????

my venue has a 20% production fee on top of the total bill. is that the tip, or do I still have to tip all the staff????

    not sure if thats tip...you can ask them.. where is your venue?

    You should tip the staff individually and in cash.  We had our planner pass out the money.  The 20% if often not a tip.

    If the production fee is for the venue then that would be their way of insuring a  tip.  I work in consumer advocacy and I would ask the venue  what that money is for, where it goes and why.  If it does not go to the staff, their tip would be seperate.
