I am planning a wedding for a good friend's daughter for Nov 2012! We are envisioning a beach house venue that we could rent for a week to serve as a family vacation and accomodate our 100 person guest list for the wedding. I am thinking the house should be approx 4000 sq ft + with an open floor plan. In an ideal world it would have a pool, sprawling patio space, and should be located close to a beach where the reception will be. We are open to private homes in the Newport Beach area of California where we can have our own caterer.
