Flameless Catering

I am having my outdoor wedding at a nature park and they do not allow any open flames.
Any suggestions of how to have hot food without those candle burner chaffing dishes?
Also anyone know of catering companies that can keep food hot without open flames?

    NVM. regular chaffing dishes with little flames are allowed :)
