Does anyone know of a dress maker?  I was given 10 yards of white silk as a gift to get my dress made but now I need to locate a dress maker.  I just got engaged a little over a month ago and have time to talk to multiple people... but am unsure where to start.  Any suggestions would be appreciated!!
